The Endowment Committee consists of a Chair, Co-Chair, and three appointed members.  The Finance Manager, the Pastor and the Office Manager serve as ex-officio members of this Committee.  The Committee was formed by documents signed on September 24, 2014, which documents also created the St. Michael's Church Legacy 250 Endowment Fund.  The Endowment Fund was opened with a donation from the former pastor, Rev. Thomas J. Peyton, with hopes of having at least $1.4M generated by donations from parishioners, and businesses with ties to Tybee Island and St. MIchael's by the end of 2016 - the parish's 125th Anniversary Year.
